Lease for Life agreement
Homes in Champion Lakes are organised under a Lease for Life agreement, where the property is leased for a 45-year term (approved by the WA Planning Commission). This removes the need for you to pay fees like Stamp Duty or Strata fees, and lowers upfront costs due to not factoring in land costs.
